  Hotel ownership changed on July 1st. In the change some reservations were not transferred over. We emailed the week before arriving at the end of July to confirm two rooms and was told yes they had the reservations. Upon arrival, he acted as if he had never heard of the reservation but said we could at least have two rooms for one night but would have to figure something else out for the rest of the nights we were to stay as they were fully booked. The following morning, we had got the confirmation email to show him that he emailed us saying they have our reservation. This time the story changed to he only writes down the name of the person who made the reservation, not the names that were given that would actually be staying. When asked where that reservation was, again we were told some of the reservations didn't get transferred over for the former owner. So it kept going around and around. It seems like a nice place, but I hope they can get their act together so customers will come back.

  Internet was very spotty and walls paper thin, but the staff was amazing and there free breakfasts were full blown large breakfast and the view is amazing?!

  They had list my reservation before I got there. Luckily, they had a room free. Otherwise, it wasn't bad at all. Great free breakfast and great view with huge, decently clean rooms
